My husband was referred to Dr Hammond by his Rheumatologist due to bad kidney function because of his Lupus. First thing the receptionist tells us is that my husband will never be scheduled with the doctor only the nurse practitioner. Then about a week before his appointment we get a call that they have to reschedule us due to them being too busy, got a call to reschedule again so we just cancelled. Weeks after that my husband had to be admitted to the hospital due to kidney failure. This could have all been avoided if they would have seen him in the first place.
