I have been a patient of Dr. Tomeika Ulett in Gastro. I felt the need to write this because Dr Ulett has been so awesome. I have had a issue for a while, over the past 6 months I have had to see more doctors then ever in my life. Through out this whole process the one thing I can rely on is Dr. Ulett. Out of all the doctors I have seen she has been the only one that to seem to actually care. Why is that a big deal? Since have surgery seeing specialist and several other doctor. I became very jaded because I wonder what happened to the medical industry. What happened to care and compassion. I had lost hope until finding Dr Ulett at Revere health. She is a shining example of what the medical field should be like or how it use to be. Unlike most doctor she really care and she showed it by following up me after surgery or other doctor visit to answer any questions I might have. She cares how your problem affect your life. She considers the cost of medicine. I had plenty of doctors who would prescribe me medicine only to have me stop taking it in a couple of days. I literally have bags of medicine costing me thousand of dollars. All the other doctor didn't even care or consider how much money it cost. Dr. Ulett and Revere health has given me hope that the medical field can get back to caring about there patient. I know I will recommend Dr. Ulett and Revere health to everyone I can. I hope that Dr. Ulett get a raise or something she deserves it.

so rude! I was exstreamly sick and the doctors their were so rude, and even told us to wait 3 years even after cancer was found. I lost 30 pounds in one month and the RA told us good, I was overweight. If i could give them -10 stars i would they cost us a ton! and lost test several times, and still charged us to re do the test.

Absolutely horrible! I have been dealing with these guys since January trying to get them to submit my claim to my insurance. First mistake i made was paying them my deductible up front, which they cannot give you a real receipt showing you what you are paying for so that you can submit it to your flex spending plan, but to instead call their billing department to get a eob of your payment (they cannot send you an EOB for something they never submit to insurance). Then of course they wont send that money back so that you can pay for all of the other bills racking up from others who submit their claims first that had to do with that specific surgery. Oh..and then on top of that they lie about what you are paying for, and then send you more bills because they cannot even keep track of their own billing! They transfer you from person to person who are all very rude, and do not care at all about your time and how long you just had to wait on hold just to talk to one of their horrible & rude personnel who cut you off, and belittle you for not understanding medical billing. Word to the wise never ever use this facility, and never pay your deductible to the facility! wait for your insurance to be billed first! Worst experience ever!

This place needs to learn scheduling, I went in for a simple procedure and after they had me ready they tell me I have wait for another 30 minutes or so to be taken back. I hope they understand I'll be sending Revere health a bill for waisted time.

Man these guys are a bunch of clowns. Maybe someone there should have taken intro to business. It's been 1 year since I got my MRI and they are calling me up telling me that they forgot to bill me for the "office visit" where Dr. Wells took 3 minutes with me to tell my there wasn't anything he could do for my chest tear. I asked to talk patient service and they transferred me to Ed. Ed took every opportunity to cut me off and explain how my insurance is a nightmare to work with. When I got frustrated with him for cutting me off repeatedly he did it once more and then transferred me to the phone tree. The very nice lady who helped me the second time said they were going to pull the call but said Ed was the supervisor of that department. Not only was Ed rude but he didn't take 3 seconds to look at my account and tried arguing with me that this wasn't about my MRI. That seems odd because I haven't been to the Dr. for anything else in a couple years.
