Used games are a little overpriced. Most things are not organized and it's hard to see what they have without asking which can be hard with the one employee they have working at all times. But the employees are always helpful when you it's your turn for help and know what they talking about. Great for all the latest games.
Had a bit of a wait because of the release of Forza 7 but the salespeople were fast and friendly.
I usually don't have the greatest experience walking into game stop. However this time a sweet new girl named Shianne gave AMAZING customer service! She was very willing to help assist with anything needed and helped me understand the organization of the games to make it easier for me! I will definitely be going back! Hopefully she'll be working there when I do! Thanks so much Shianne!
Horrible customer service! Had a game in hand ready to buy but waited in line for 15 minutes before leaving. No one was in front of me except the person being helped at the counter. There were two people working, so one could have gotten on the other register. Neither employee said anything to me at all...no "sorry for the delay", or "we'll be right with you." just a simple "hello" would would have been great but not from these guys. In fact, while I was waiting in line one of the employees walked up behind me and and just stood there until I moved out of his way so he could walk by. Then I watched him walk behind the counter. He never said excuse me or anything. I don't know who is managing this store but they need to give a damn about the customer and teach that to staff. Basic customer service 101 guys!!
We went back to sell 18 games plus Skylanders characters and Disney Infinity Characters and ports and all that stuff and a Xbox 360 Kinect, which may I add they don't even take it anymore! Since the day we went. We can't blame the employees though because they were really nice and tried to help us the most they could. Seven out of the eighteen games we took back they wouldn't take! I'm pretty pissed. Even though the employees couldn't have helped us better the GameStop rules are just rediculous!
