Get a feel for the newest and best tech stuff and to have your questions answered.
Cut me some slack, will you? Asking to help me a couple of times is enough! Get the hint... This is the reason some people (including myself) find it easier and more pleasant to shop online at Amazon Prime!
Only downside is when I just want to browse and get ideas for possible future purchases, I felt like I was being stalked! All the sales people had 2 way radios with ear pieces. And I must have been asked at least 20+ times if I needed any help!
Never too busy in my experience. There always seems to be an abundant number of employees ready to help you. I've never had to search very hard for anyone to answer my questions and help me in my search. All the employees seem nice and mostly, they seem intelligent and informed about the things I'm asking them, though, your mileage may vary.
I hope Management reads this and is able to convey to employees that there's a fine line between offering help and getting harassed.

Recently had a great experience with Best Buy while purchasing a washer and dryer. They price-matched every component, from the installation materials to the dryer itself, saving us a little extra below their Black Friday pricing by price-matching some furniture store in Nebraska. The rep we spoke with, Sean, was great about answering all of our questions or, when he didn't have the answer (he was new) finding someone who did.
And if you were doing it to prevent me from shoplifting (I'm a Retired Investigator), guess what? While I was just shopping, you probably lost your merchandise watching me instead of the other person looking to steal you blind!
Great service, great selection, and did I mention great service?

I stopped by The Geek Squad to get a computer fixed. The repair was cheaper and much faster than I expected! I also found Taylor to be very personable and knowledge about the computer. I really appreciated it his help!
