They are so friendly, quick, and efficient over at Enterprise-American Fork. The manager over there is wonderful. He has always addressed my concerns and has even upgraded me at times without even being asked. I've always had a good, clean car to drive....and they've always given me a fair deal. I've used other local car rental agencies and I've always returned to Enterprise. Thank you!
I eventually found the car manual hidden under the spare tire. What a convenient place to put the manual. Yeh, right.
I needed a last-minute car rental, and was able to find a great deal at the American Fork location which is close to home. The check in process was quick and simple, and I was able to use after-hours drop off. I will definitely rent a car here again!

No manual in the glove box because of theft of the manuals. Charge a deposit on the manuals but leave them in the glove box. I was 400 miles from home and couldn't find out how to open the gas cap door. The release button was hidden in the glove box. Who would have known that!

Very easy to work with when I had to arrange for a rental while my car was under repair. The transport to and from the shop made the process very smooth, too.
warning light that was malfunctioning and they said the dealer couldn't fix it. So I had to drive it for 2000 miles with the dash light on not knowing if I had a low tire or not. Replace the damn tire sensor!
