I only come here for dog food, as my dog has taken a liking to Blue Buffalo. The staff is friendly and I get to see other people walking around with their cute puppies, always a good experience!
While I was searching for a product, there was an employee pulling a load of supplies to stock immediately noticed I may not be finding what I was looking for and offered assistance promptly. Great costomer service!
I love this petsmart because they are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I also go here because it has one of the best Banfield Vet clinics around. They have known my great Dane since she was a pup and always treat her with such love. Due to the rapidly growing nature of our community they are always busy. Even so they try to be as accommodating as possible. From working you in our referring you to someone who can. All the while maintaining a very friendly demeanor. Thanks Petsmart and Banfield for always being there for all of my four-legged daughter's needs!

I've gotten fish here a few times with mixed success. About 1/3 of the fish I've gotten here have only survived a few months, and where as most fish I get elsewhere do much better. The service I've gotten getting the fish has also been mixed, a few of the times it was very poor - making the checkout process painful. Overall I'd recommend getting the actual fish elsewhere - but this is still a decent place for food/decor/etc.
