Our waiter (unfortunately, we cannot remember his name and we actually tried to see if he had a name tag on as we were leaving and he was at another table, but we didn't see a name!) was great. He was very attentive and continuously topped off our drinks and chips/salsa when needed. We didn't want for anything!
When they brought up my fajitas there was a pugnacious smell coming off of the skillet. I immediately called the server over to smell my meat and he agreed that it smelled funky. I couldn’t eat the rest of the food though because of it. They compensated by taking a whole dollar off.
One of us always gets the Chicken Crispers (Honey Chipotle) whenever we eat at Chili's and we're always satisfied. It's such a simple dish (basically chicken fingers with a nice glaze/sauce), but it's so great and you can't go wrong with it. Tonight, I decided to just get the Bacon Burger that's listed in the 2-for-$20 entree options and it left me satisfied.
We came here knowing it would probably be busy since it's Friday night, so we expected a wait, and, honestly, it wasn't that bad. Once we were seated we took the normal amount of time to look at the menu and decide on drinks, entrees, etc. We always do the 2-for-$20 w/ the Chips and Salsa as our "free" appetizer.
I wouldn't say there's anything crazy or unheard of at Chili's, but that's not really the reason you come here, is it? We came to enjoy food we know and love at a decent price, and that's just what we got.
Just ate at the chili's in American Fork. It was clean, food was prompt and served perfectly. They opened the door for us when we arrived! We mentioned it was our anniversary and had 3 separate employees wish us happy anniversary and gave us a compllimentary dessert!! Stellar customer service that I have not experienced for a long time.
I ate at a Chili’s in Midvale, Utah the other day and was pleasantly surprised. I haven’t been impressed with a Chili’s in awhile. We needed a place to eat on a Sunday in Utah County ( not too many places are open on Sundays in Utah County ). I decided to give Chili’s a try since it pleseantly prized me the other day. BOY, was that a mistake!!!!
Jody, our server, was wonderful, but the food was cold and took a long time to get. There were a lot of customers sending back food. Not a good day in the kitchen. When I finally received the ribs, they tasted reheated and we're dry. Not a good experience at all.
A must have appetizer is the chips and salsa. The chips are fresh and I love the flavor of their salsa. Plus, if you have leftovers they will package them up for you to take home. I got the ribs, which were a mistake. Tastes like cheap meat and they are tough and dry and just not very good. The bbq sauce is not very good and I enjoyed my fiesta corn more than my actual main course. Next time I will stick with the fajitas or chicken crispers. The margaritas are always good. Service was decent and the good came out in a timely manner.
