Great theater. It is always nice and clean and rarely ever crowded. They recently upgraded the seats to reclining lounger chairs. The only downside to the new comfy chairs is that, I think, they take up more room than the old chairs. This means fewer seats, so if you're seeing a popular show it is best to purchase your tickets ahead of time to get the best seats (assigned seating).
From what I can tell, each theater room at this location now has reclining lounge chairs. A lot less people fit into each room and there's tons of space to move around. The tickets are still the same price but the experience is way better. This is where I'm going for movies from now on.
One of my favorite theaters. I love the reclining seats and that they are standard in all the theaters. One minor annoyance is that you can't buy R-rated tickets at the ticket machines. You have to buy them from an attendant at the window, and there is often only one worker and a bit of a line. It's a pretty weird rule.
Overall the experience at this Cinemark is fantastic. They do have reserved seating really exceptionally comfortable leather power reclining seats. Probably the only downside would be the total number of theaters they have so depending upon how many great movies are playing that could be affected and they basically only have your standard movie theater concessions. Unlike Megaplex Theaters that has entire food court options
I like this theater a lot, we generally go in the middle of the week to one of the first showings. Everything is always super clean here. The service is slower than the prime times, but that is because there are only one or two people working at that time not because the staff are slow. It is pretty much the same two people working every time we go and the are always super polite, nice and provide the best customer service. Because of them we go to this one rather then the one in Orem which is now closer to us.
