I have been seeing Dr Goodsell at his Price location for years. This last visit was THE WORST. My appointment was at 3:00pm: I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, and then was placed in an exam room where I waited an additional 45 minutes. The doctor came in and visited with me for approximately 2 minutes, because I wanted a mole removed and one looked at. He said the one was fine, but after removing the first and as I was leaving the room, decided to take the other one off as well. It has left a horrible scar (he assured me it would be minimal) and it has been 3 months and I have yet to receive a call with results on either. I have left multiple voicemails at their American Fork office requesting results, with no return call. I received an outlandish bill from them this week and when I called the billing person, who is never available, I received an incredibly rude voicemail back which basically said I need to contact my insurance company directly. What a Joke. Will not recommend to anyone.
I've been seeing Dr. Goodell for about 5 years now and he is wonderful! He is always kind and knowledgeable. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time to be seen and he always spends an adequate time talking to me about why I am being seen. I never leave with unanswered questions. I have had to call the nurse before, and she has always called me back within the hour. The office staff is wonderful as well!! Thank you!
I was seen at 11:45 and I left the room at 11:55. I wasn't cared for and had antibiotics thrown at me for a rash he didn't test.
My appointment was for 11:00. I was waiting for the doctor until 11:45. I had to go up to the staff multiple times and ask when I was going to be seen.
I went to another dermatologist, he suggested I changed my laundry detergent. It fixed my issue and I didn't have to pick up the TWO medicated creams this doctor prescribed.
Dr. Goodsell did the most thorough examination I have ever had from a dermatologist. He described everything he was seeing and made sure that he answered all of my questions. Very personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
