I go home and find out that i have no paperwork on how to get the tires or anything. I go back the next day and talk to the owner - he checks my tires and acknowledges that they for sure aren't new, then he pulls up the ad and checks that and acknowledges where it says "NEW TIRES" and then he tells me to come back later and he will have it sorted out.
I work at a car dealer myself in California, when we promise a customer something, we make sure to include it in writing in the contract and show them the proof before we sign anything. These guys here promised a customer and friend of mine new tires verbally, and when he asked about it, they told him it would be included in the contract. They clearly took advantage of him, and left him with low tread tires that probably won’t even pass safety inspection. They need to do the right thing and put new tires on the truck. If you can’t be true to your word, you guys shouldn’t be in a family oriented business.

I traded in my car to these guys in order to buy a truck more suitable for the winters in Utah. I test drove the car and initially had a great experience. I noticed on their ad both on their website and on KSL that the truck came with "new tires". I noticed the truck did not have new tires. about 20-40% tread on the tires. I asked multiple times about the tires to the sales rep and he just kept saying "its all included in the price to make the trade straight across. We rushed through the paperwork super fast and during that he had me go outside and start moving belongs from my old car to the new one. he even brought papers outside for me to sign in the middle of it with very little explanation.
These guys are so nice. We worked a lot with Edgar and Max and they were so helpful! We bought two cars from them. Each time they stayed late after the store had closed to help us with anything we needed. They do not over price on cars or on documentation fees. It is great to work with them and we def recommend going to Premier Auto!
Don't get tricked with these guys - they are out to make a buck and steal money from you. If they would've accepted responsibility and acted with honor and integrity I wouldn't be writing this review but they stole from me and then never responded back about what they were going to do - i gave them a full 24 hours to get back and they never did. they instead took the add down.... avoid these guys.
I come back like 4 hours later and then he has me wait an hour until we start talking - then offers me $85 credit for one tire........ i was pissed and they kept telling me they weren't going to do anything. I talked to the sales guy who was saying the same things. I totally got tricked.
Bought a 2004 Honda Civic here 5 months ago. I knew it wasn't 100% and was only expecting a few years out of it but immediately had problems. Now I'm repairing the alternator and exhaust manifold, while replacing the ecu, timing belt and water pump. They talked me out of a warranty and the guy who sold it to me used the fact that he's a returned missionary to convince me I was getting a car that would give me at least a year of solid transportation. A $3300 car quickly required more that $2000 in repairs and none of the issues were disclosed. I've learned my lesson but hope no one else falls victim to scam going on here.
